My sister has not received her flowers and I can't get hold of anyone to speak to about this

I was very disappointed- I ordered…

I was very disappointed- I ordered these flowers for my friends birthday who lives 5 hours away from me so sourced a local florist near her! When she rang to say thank you- to much shock I found out the flowers had arrived- but arrived upside down! They flowers looked dead and not anything like I ordered- I ordered a medium bouquet to ensure a nice plump bouquet but this is not what was received. All in all my friend was disappointed to which made me extremely upset - £26 was spent in total and they only thing that was positive out or the whole order was the free chocolates.

The flowers were beautiful.

The flowers were beautiful and it came with all the additional ordered box of chocolate and a bottle of prosecco which was a birthday gift. My friend was very pleased and the company kept me informed via text of the status.

FIRST time and let me say THE ONLY TIME i WILL USE YOUR SERVICE IT IS NOW 17 45 ON FRIDAY9TH AND NOTHING IMEAN ZILCH!!!!!! HAS BEEN DELLIVERED I DO NOT THINK A REVIEW IS FORTHCOMING,I WOUL BE CHARGED WITH THE PROFANITY LAWS I SUGGEST THAT YOU GIVE ME A REFUND OF ALLTHE MONEY I SPENTIGIVE YOU ENOUGH TIME TO GET THEM DELIVERED ON MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY BUT YOU BLOODY WELL FAILED !!!!!!!!!!! Promises of great flowers let down by bad delivery

I chose Teleflorist UK as they said they use local florists who send out freshly cut flowers so your order arrives in good condition. If this is the case, they were badly let down by their chosen delivery service Yodel. Yodel contacted me on the day of delivery to say they couldn't deliver my order and would try again on the next available date - three days later, by which time the flowers would be dead. Contacting Yodel customer support was no use, so I emailed Teleflorist. To their credit Teleflorist agreed to refund me straight away (hence me giving them two stars instead of one) but the end result still is that my elderly mother did not receive the gift I sent her for Easter.

Box was damaged and the flowers came…

Box was damaged and the flowers came wilted, with quite a few of the heads that fell off in the box, I emailed to advised and got this response Hello,Thank you for getting in touch today, I'm really sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with how your flowers were delivered.I’ve taken a look at the photo you sent across and it looks like many of the flowers are still in bud, which might help to explain why the bouquet doesn’t look as full as the image on our website just yet.We send our flowers in bud to ensure maximum freshness when they arrive with the recipient, if you follow the care tips provided, your bouquet will bloom within two days.If after the full 48 hours have passed, the flowers still haven’t perked up, please don’t hesitate to get back in contact and we can investigate this further with our suppliers.Thank you.Kind regards,Eflorist Customer Service

Beautiful flowers but arrived 24 hours…

Beautiful flowers but arrived 24 hours late...I ordered with Teleflorist UK in a panic, 2 days before Mother's Day (Sunday), because they were the only florist promising a delivery on the day (other big names in flowers delivery could deliver on the Monday at the earliest).On Mother's Day afternoon I received an SMS from the courier, informing me that the flowers would be delivered the next day... At that point my mum thought that I had forgotten about her :-(The flowers did arrive on the Monday and my mum said they were fresh and lovely. The delivery by box was very handy, and the accompanying chocolates were much appreciated.So lots of positives, but unfortunately the promise to deliver on time was not kept, hence the average review.
